Since there isn't a separate board for d20 games, I figured I'd post this here.
What were your favorite supplements for 3e/3.5? Not the official WoTC ones, but those created as d20 or even OGL books that improved your D&D games?
Two that really stick out in my head were Nyambe (by Atlas) and Toolbox (by AEG), with the Midnight setting being my favorite that I never actually got to play.

Though it started as a TSR/WotC setting, I loved the Ravenloft stuff handled by Sword & Sorcery Studiods. And I loved SSS's Scarred Lands setting, too.
Fast Forward Entertainment's Encyclopedia of Demons & Devils was a fun read.
Goodman Games's The Complete Guide to [X] were fun, reminded me of the old Van Richten Guides.
Malhavoc Press (founded by Monte Cook) did a lot of good stuff (Book of Eldritch Magic, Book of Eldritch Might, Book of Experimental Might), though much of it was picked up/revised by SSS.
Mongoose Publishing's The Quintessential [Class or Race] and The Slayer's Guide to [Critter] were mostly good.

As weird as it sounds, The "Book of erotic fantasy" Not for the porny monsters or cheesy spells, or that one incredibly out of place over powered spellcasting PRC, but for the frank and direct examinations of how different races reproduce, and how they view love, friendship, marriage and partnership. Even if you'd never admit to anyone you did, I highly recommend getting a copy, no book I own has been more helpful in building interesting cultures and answering questions that can come up in any game.
