Like several others on here, I found out about this forum from Out of Context D&D on Tumblr. Figured I might as well see what it's all about and stuff.
I've been playing D&D for a few years now--unfortunately, my D&D experience has been limited to 4E. Despite all the hate it gets, it's treated me well (other than the simplified alignments [easily fixed] and over-long combat encounters). Mostly I've DMed for my group, but we occasionally switch.
That said, I've been really wanting to put some rules together (completely different from 4E, naturally) for a homebrew Star Wars RPG. Cause that would be sick.
I've done some Magic: The Gathering, but it's been a long time since I was really involved with it.
Other things I do include Netflix mostly, barista-ing at a craft coffee shop, and trying to write things (mostly like scripts) but I'm really terrible at actually putting my mind to something and just writing it.
So I mean, I guess there's a good intro. See you around.
