There are many interesting weapons out there folks. Some are... pretty dang hard to find anymore. But just cause they're hard to find in real life doesn't mean you can't use them for your campaigns. So, when I see an interesting gun, I'll stat it, write up some info on it and post it here. Now, these are gonna be real weapons, of course, unless I feel inspired to make up some sci-fi gun. Anyways, let's get started!
De Lisle Commando Carbine World War II
Caliber: .45 ACP
Range: 15/30/60
Damage: 2d6+1
Rate of Fire: 1
Weight: 8
Capacity: 11
Additional notes: AP 1, silenced
The De Lisle Commando Carbine was a British bolt action firearm, unique in that a suppressor was integrated into the barrel of the weapon, giving it a unique appearance. Between that, and the fact that the weapon used the .45ACP cartridges, this gun was damned quiet. Hell, working the bolt to chamber the next round was often louder than the shot itself. Of course, this weapon was pretty damned rare, even in it's time. For WW2 games, you're only likely to get it through special requisition. Or taking it off the corpse of a British Commando. Regardless, it's a unique weapon that'd easily be able to add an element of stealth to any game, WW2 or otherwise.

American-180 1960s
Caliber: .22LR
Range: 10/20/40
Damage: 2d6-1
Rate of Fire: 3
Weight: 7
Capacity:165
Additional notes: Auto
The American-180 is a SMG made unique by it's pan magazine and .22LR ammunition it uses. The result is an incredibly high capacity weapon that, while it's damage output is low and offers no armor piercing ability, allows sending an incredible amount of lead down range before needing to reload. But again, the .22LR is a fairly weak (if common) round. Damage output, and range as well, will be lessened when compared to other SMGs. Still, There's few things that could survive 165 rounds, even if they are .22s

Beretta 93R 1970s
Caliber: 9mm
Range: 12/24/48
Damage: 2d6
Rate of Fire: 1/3
Weight: 3
Capacity: 15
Additional notes: AP 1, Semi-Auto/3RB
The Beretta 93R is an Italian-made handgun capable of firing either in a semi-auto mode, or three round bursts. It uses the 9mm rounds and... uh. it's a hand gun that can fire one round or three with each pull of the trigger. Not much more to be said.
