Yeh. Title says it all. Haven't played in a while, anxious to play again. Only problem I had last time is when the GM got pissed at me when I killed a kid. So..I'd prefer a GM who is ready for anything to come from a mentally unstable ragtag group of grade A jackasses.
[ADMIN EDIT] : Sorry this thread has been moved around so much, I've been re-sorting how the forum is organized. Thank you for your patience.

If we can get something going, I'd be interested. I have some GM experience, all of it based in pathfinder. And I tend to let players decide how the game goes. So long as expectations are equal going in, i don't see a lot of problem playing evil or chaotic characters.

If i end up running it (not my preference, but willing if no one else will) than I encourage it.

are there any ideas yet or are we going to wait until a dm arrives/enough non-dm people arrive and you take up the mantle?

I'm waiting until there are enough people, and then if it falls to me We can figure out scheduling and setting. I generally do a generic setting with just about anything goes sort of rules. I'll ask you not to be an OCD min-maxer, but even if you are, I will just adjust the enemies to be competitive.
I tend to play pretty free-flowing. I once played with a character who i knew could make a monk with 80 AC (or something almost as obscene) and so I threatened him with thoughts of enemies with the cantrip "true strike- monk". He kept it reasonable to the end of the campaign, and so i felt no need to carry through on my empty threats. But that is the style of DM-ing I prefer.

Fair point. He played a character that could be impossible to hit, so i threatened to give the enemies homing spells for their weapons, that only worked on him. More or less, I said if you want abuse the rules, I will too. He didn't so he was about as powerful as the other people he was playing with (all of them first timers) and so i had no need to get creative.

I wouldn't mind joining in as well. I know how to make characters, but beyond that, I've never played.

I have never played or heard of pathfinder before, but I'd be interested in hearing more about this.

I would offer to GM, but when I try to play serious, I'm good at the beginning. But towards the end, I get a little off task and my story telling isn't as good as it is in the start. But if we're playing a silly game than I'm perfect. I once had a naked midget dwarf running around intoxicated on dragon ash cocaine. Yes. a midget dwarf. Double the shortness. Triple the fun.

Just thought I'd chime in, I don't have a lot of spare time to GM now a days, so what I do is round robin with a few of my groups, having 1 person host an adventure or something for a bit before switching off to another person in the group. This has the advantage of allowing everyone to be a player and for allowing new people/novice GM's to gain experience DMing without having the intimidating task of a full on gaming group =]
